Company Purpose:
The Middletown Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Inc. is an organization for the preservation and protection of life and property from and during fires, accidents, illnesses, and other emergencies that may occur in the town of Middletown, Frederick County, and the surrounding vicinity.

 NOTICE: 4PM Burning Law is in effect from February 15 through April 30

This 4 p.m. burning law bans open-air burning prior to 4 p.m. Burning is allowed between 4 p.m. and midnight if the burner takes proper precautions.
